NAOMI MARTIN graduated from The Central School of Speech and Drama in 2001. Naomi works across the board in Theatre, Film, TV and Voice over. Her credits include: popular hospital drama Holby City, Stephen Daldry's notorious stage production, An Inspector Calls and Rain or Shine's open-air production of Shakespeare's, Twelfth Night...

CURRENTLY

Naomi will be appearing as Amelia Kemp (Hotshot TV Reporter), in 'Holby City', aired on BBC 1 at 8pm on 16 September 2008

Naomi is also currently filming a comedy pilot called 'SportsTalk' as their only female presenter, Andi Isaac-Koch. www.sportstalker.co.uk

PREVIOUSLY

Her television debut was playing the girl in the 'Articulate' Commercials. She then went on to film a sketch show for Channel 4's Comedy Lab, 'Clitheroe', for Salt Productions.

Naomi has been in a number of short films including: Call Girl in 'Amelia & Michael', starring Anthony Head; Angela in 'The Long Night' and Nurse in 'Echoes of War'. She also played the lead in the feature film 'Three Minute Moments', starring alongside Belinda Lang. The trailer can be viewed at www.threeminutemoments.com

Naomi has also played leads in a number of theatrical productions including Stella in 'The Audition' which was transferred to London in October 2006 after 5 star reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Three Weeks wrote, 'Stella was played by the astonishingly good Naomi Martin'.

Naomi has toured with Stephen Daldry's multi-award winning production 'An Inspector Calls', playing the part of Sheila Birling; The Glasgow Times said she was '…excellent as the first arrogant then socially contrite daughter Sheila'.

Naomi toured with Rain or Shine Theatre Company last summer, playing the part of Viola in an open-air tour of Twelfth Night - 'Naomi Martin’s Viola/Cesario is a delight: beautifully spoken, crackling with animation' - The Stage - June 2007

Naomi has also written and performed in a couple of her own comic sketches, 'Levonelle' and 'Featherlite', at Madame JoJo's in London.
